Studio MOVERS and friends, as we head into our 8 week wellness challenge we invite you to do something a little different — something that will change your year, and your daily life. We are not in this for superficial sh*t and short term results. So many of us are over-worked, stressed, tense, tight, tired, under-nourished, and over-stimulated so we are going to focus on new ways to combat these “ailments” of everyday life and be more present every single day. We want to look way way beyond kilos and dress sizes in order to clarify what really inspires our people to live well.
